About

My Story

My love of coaching evolved during my years as an international education advisor helping young people seeking educational opportunities. It grew into creating a safe space for people to come and share their dreams, concerns, educational and professional goals; helping women and families travel their own paths including international transitions; creating a life vision, identifying goals, clarity, actions and progress to achieve them.

After many years at the Universidad de Montevideo working with young adults, I was certified as a Strategic Intervention Life Coach by the Robbins Madanes Center (RMT) with Tony Robbins, #1 life and business strategist in the US and a pioneer of the coaching industry; and Cloe Madanes, a direct student of intervention master Milton Erickson and one of the originators of the strategic approach. She is a clinical member, supervisor and fellow of the American Association of Marriage and Family Therapy.

I was then certified as an Activation™️Method Life Coach and an Activation™️ Method Relationship Coach at the Coaching Institute with Magali and Mark Peysha, co authors of the international bestselling Strategic Intervention Handbook. Mark collaborates with Professor Martin Seligman, founder of Positive Psychology, and his team at the Positive Psychology Center at the University of Pennsylvania and Magali is a Life, Relationship, Group and Energy Coach and a Clinical Ayurvedic Specialist. Most recently I am also working as a Positive Intelligence PQ ®️ coach trained by Shirzad Chamine, Stanford University lecturer, and author of the New York Times bestselling book, Positive Intelligence.

Ema, my mother in law, used to call me her “international girl” and I realized she was right! I was born in Lebanon of an American father and an English mother, lived in Saudi Arabia, the UK, studied in France and the US, married Víctor an Uruguayan and lived in Uruguay, Argentina, Chile and the US with our four wonderful children. During my life I have learned to listen, to communicate, to be curious and creative, and to find the resources and actions to take towards my goals whether as an individual, as a spouse and mother, in my work, as a caretaker, or moving to another country and adapting to a new language and culture. I am filled with gratitude for all the people with whom I have crossed paths and learnt from, and I am passionate about creating a safe space for people to be heard and to discover their inner resources, intentions and goals and the steps and actions to create their path forward.
